Whats Good For A Burnt Back?

Recommended Posts

First of all, you've done the right thing by not calling the ambulance and posting on AFC Chat! If I were you i'd wait a few hours and think about calling NHS 24. In the mean time, have a corn in the cob for the pain.

I just read the story again, properly...

He must be loving the response this is getting. How bored must he be to conjure up a story like this? Some imagination! - Almost as good as Stuart McKimmie thinking were going to win the league this season!

Just flicking through the classic threads section and can't believe I missed this insight at the time. Superb! :sheepdance::hysterical:

Hmmmm...

2008: SSRED

Your Nae right min.

2012/13: Redstar

You're nae quite right are you chief?

Two ways of looking at that.

1. He's only been referred to as "Nae Right" twice in 5 years.

2. 5 Years later he's still "Nae Right"

right, this is serious

:hysterical:

You don't even need to go past the first sentence to work out this is going to be fucking ridiculous.

The notion that it needs spelling out that setting fire to your back is serious.

A classic quote for a classic thread.

Hahaha. A highlight is the bit where centraldon points out mt was currently discussing which gun is best to use on cod.

haha you LEGITIMITELY still don't believe this?

:laughing::laughing::laughing::laughing:

Come on min. You were in another thread asking which gun was the best to use in Call of Duty while your old man was on the floor with a 6 pack of corn on the cob on his back for support.

Your Stovies one not so long ago was absolutely brilliant.

The reactions were quality. People were actually angry.

"i tried to get a picture of it but he was flailing about so much none really worked out"

Jeez, I know this is all horseshit, but that didn't half make me chuckle.

That was the classic Frankie retort.

The bit where someone mentions Frankie is also posting in the call of duty thread asking which gun is best to use cracks me up.

right, this is serious

my dad was out with his brother this afternoon for a few drinks and came home about half 5. as he usually does on a tuesday evening he sat down in the kitchen (where the phone is) to phone his brother in america. he was cold so he sat close to the cooker and fired up the gas rings for a heat.

everything was fine, but after about 20 mins my mum thought she smelt him cooking, sow ent through to see what the hell he was doing, as being that pissed he really shouldnt be workin a cooker

so, she walked through an started screaming...he was sitting there, quite the thing talkin to his brother and his whole back was on fire...literally, flames comin off his back. his jumper had caught fire and he didnt even know.

my mum grabbed him an started ripping what was left of his jumper off and his shirt too.

i tried to get a picture of it but he was flailing about so much none really worked out

anyway, his backs all burnt to f**k, whole back is red and theres black bits and bits which have blistered and burst already. he says hes not going to the hospital and told my mum not to phone the ambulance because he was fine. he admitted to me when she was away he was too embarassed to go. i tried changing his mind but he was not for having it

anyway, as we speak he's lying stomach down on the floor in the lounge with a wet dish towel on his back and a 6pack of corn on the cobs for extra support

if hes adamant he's not going to hospital, whats good for him?

ive seen online cellophine is good, but surely that'll just hold the heat in?

@Millertime

hahahahaha. You're so weird min.

Attention seeking at its peak. 10 years later and you're the same person. It's quite sad, really.
