Good Omens (Series 1), decent so far and David Tennant is brilliant in it.

Quarterback, documentary following 3 NFL Quarterbacks. Again decent and the punishment those guys take is unbelievable.

Boot Dreams on BBC iplayer Well worth the watch.

Its about released football players given a second chance to win a contract, with a professional football team.

The group get coached physically and mentally to be the best the can be, and hopefully a scout can see potential in them.

Did anyone watch the football legends thing recently? They were all pretty good (never watched the Richard Gough one).

Steve Archibald has some amount of self confidence, Charlie Nic saying it was a mistake to go back to Celtic and Luggy looking pretty ill was sad to see

There's not many of them that are decent but there are far more deserving of the title "icon". I'd probably have watched it if it was someone like Cooper, Souness, Smith etc. Even Mo Jo would be an interesting one.

Someone like Archie Knox would've been good. Bet he's got a story or two to tell

I took my dad to an Audience with Steve Archibald at the Tivoli last year and you're right. Hes full of self confidence. However, you could argue without that, he wouldnt have been half as good a player as he was.

Archibald squeezed every ounce of talent he had. Coupled with a blinkered attitude he was underestimated by a lot of people. Very, very good player.

Hijack with big Idris is alright if you don't take it too seriously.

One of the hijackers I mind from Grange Hill and the main one is the chubby one from Football Factory so not very threatening.
