Rangers desperately needed that sale to go through. It was painfully obvious since the end of last season that they've been whoring him out to every club who would listen. And now they've signed two new strikers as well...

Their saving grace is that they are pretty much guaranteed CL football next season due to Scotland now having 2 places. Or, at the very least, a place in the EL group stages.
