I liked JC, but Labour under his leadership had a problem with the Jewish community. That can't be denied.

He didnt have a problem with the jewish community, they had a problem with him being pro-Palestinian. They assumed wrongly, by default, anyone who supports the Palestinians must therefore be anti-semitic. Thats not an unusual assumption to make but not always correct, as is the case with Jezzo.

Was it not Tony Blair who admitted that the brits where largely to blame for the Troubles in Norn Irn. That didnt automatically make him anti-british or pro-IRA. Although the hun mongols wouldve had you believe he was, even as PM of their fucking country.

Well they had a problem with how they were perceived by the Jewish community. It's like when the Met Police are called institutionally racist. Who is best to judge?

You have been hitting the bevvy a bit Parky. Nothing wrong with that, just something I've noticed.

Regarding Rachel, it just seems telling that you have such vitriol for a victim of anti semitic abuse. For someone so stridently anti racist it seems out of character.

You obviously have your reasons though so no point going round in circles.

You talking about Corbz and the ladz?

if so, I agree

the state of Israel, MSM, Tories and Corrupted Labour MP’s (paid by Israel) smeared the heck out of probably the only decent politicians in Westminster, all because they were supporters of human rights and against crimes against the Palestinians

If so he gave them plenty ammo, as did his supporters.

As I told you, not every single Jewish person disliked Corbyn, many Jews are anti zionism and anti Israel and can take his criticisms of Palestine as a defence of human rights and not an attack on Judaism/Jewish people.

Israel is fucking mental.

Not every single one. Not every single BAME Londoner hates the MET, but they have a problem with how they are perceived, in general, by that community. Labour had that with the Jewish community under Corbyn.

You’re not supposed to say BAME anymore

What?

Conflating two separate issues here.

Corbyn has dedicated his life to fighting for equality, and as I said, has done a lot for the Jewish community in his constituency, hence why he keeps getting voted in. He made a few faux pas, like suggesting that 'Holocaust Memorial Day' should be renamed to 'Genocide Memorial Day.' Which was daft of him, but ultimately well intended. There were a few Labour members under investigation for anti semitism and he refused to kick them out until an investigation was complete, the process of investigation was deliberately elongated by the old heads in the Labour party, in order to smear him and claim he didn't take it seriously enough.

Funnily enough, the report wasn't published. You then seen SKS start chucking out the true socialists the minute he could. It hasn't worked for him, and it won't. Many people like myself left the party after he was appointed.

EDIT: An old Socialist getting slaughtered by the media, isn't the same as institutional bigotry by the MET.

https://www.theguardian.com/politics/2019/dec/11/boris-johnsons-record-of-bigotry-antisemitism-and-far-right-politics-must-not-be-forgotten

Boris Johnson has his own record on anti semitism, in fact, the Tory party has a problem with it itself.

Why isn't he being called out in this way? Why isn't he being called an anti semite every time his name is brought up?

I know the answer, do you?

The report was published min. As a Labour party member, I received a copy of it.

Do your research first before coming out with defamatory, snidy comments designed to tarnish the Labour Party, simply for the sake of it.

You proclaim to know a lot if things, and I'm sure you do, but your way off the mark in this instance.

We've strayed a bit from the original point here. Rachel is a victim of anti semitic abuse, abuse which got worse when she called out JC. The fact she's still a victim of disgusting abuse, even on this very platform, shows how deep the problem lies.

You can indulge in all the whataboutery you want, or spread wild conspiracy theories about Israeli secret service involvement, but I'll choose to listen to and believe the victim.

The leaked report wasn't published.

They published an alternative report with different findings.

Who's slagged her off for being Jewish?

Is she even Jewish, if so, I had no idea.

The report was a fair, reasoned and comprehensive reflection on the culture of the Labour party as a whole and gave a very honest account into the intolerant and unacceptable behaviour of certain members that was degrading the party's core values and how it was being perceived by the nation.

Inadvertently it gave the party the shake up it badly needed as it had become somewhat stale and unelectable in the eyes of the majority of the electorate, especially in Scotland.

In real terms;

It moved back to the centre/right in an attempt to become more electable to the narrow minded British public and to appease Murdochs media, in the mean time allowing one of its most loyal and prominent servants in Corbyn to have his name unfairly smeared as a bigot when he's nothing of the sort.

How the fuck SKS can still poll less than Boris and the Tories after this year of monumental fuck ups is beyond me. SKS has fuck all about him, hes bland, neutral and definitely no socialist.

Labour would be better adopting a pro indy stance up here, if they actually wanted votes. They are an embarrassment in Scotland, having a Knight of the Realm appointed as its leader is unlikely to hep their cause.

I don't anticipate them ever regaining Scotland.

They have no policies here, simply "STOP THE SNP." It just won't cut it.

So here is beige Sir Kier to steer them back to the teet of the establishment.

the very fact there’s a fucking Sir at the top of the Labour Party tells you all you need to know about the direction they’re heading and it ain’t good news for the common man

I've told you my reasons. She's consistently lied about Jeremy Corbyn.

The abuse I have given her is nothing to do with her religion/race, it's solely because she's a lying cow who's sought to continually smear a good man.

Your mindset seems to be that someone who's been the victim of anti-Semitic abuse can say and do what they want and anyone who calls out their actions must be anti-Semitic. It's utter nonsense.

Your drinking is none of my business Parky. I can see you are a bit touchy about it so I'll leave it.

You have no idea of the abuse RR has suffered, only she has. She clearly thinks JC and his followers played a part in it. Again you've no idea whether that's true but are happy to dish out misogynistic abuse on an open forum about her.

It's troubling at best.

len mccluskey a man at the heart of the corbyn regime openly talking about people 'counting their gold' isn't a dog whistle, but I'm sure parky will find a way to defend that...

That's len mccluskey who had to repay 400k he was gifted from his employer to buy a 700k london flat on his 6 figure salary...man of the people is our Len.

Nah. What I'll not allow is some wank to try and cast aspersions about me. It's a sleekit wee cunt move, totally in keeping with your posting history.

I never said anything about the abuse she's received. I said she openly lied about and smeared a good man. You're shifting the goalposts and arguing about things I haven't said.

Why would I defend that?

Some observations on what had the potential to be an interesting argument but one that failed to materialise unfortunately, for reasons of form rather than substance.

1. As we discussed before, why do you care? It was followed by "lol" (your previous post to another on this point) and you accepted it was a "fair" point when turned back on you.

2. I'm not sure that he's shifting the goal posts on this particular point but he's clearly on the wind up and you're biting. The shifting of goal posts and the deflecting and the focusing on peripherals are tactics used by posters deliberately engineering conflict for the sake of it but on this point, I'm not seeing it.

3. This is the most obvious of attempts to engineer conflict. Do what I do and just ignore him. He's sick in the head. His m.o. is too obvious, his provocations are too sad to engage with and the desperate twisting and false imputations aren't worth contemplating let alone responding to.
