The McLaren one was actually judged as being a sign of a good communicator, making himself more readily understood by the audience he was speaking to.

Yes McInnes didn’t treat the lad well when he was at AFC in terms of giving him starts and yes, the lad has the right to go further his career elsewhere as he sees fit.

McInnes did, however, make all the right noises when the wee Hun was never off the physios table and also reassured him that despite his bad injury, and his contract coming to an end, not to worry as he would be offered a new contract.

How did Wright repay McInnes and more importantly the Club?

He jumped to Sevco at the first opportunity.

Oh, the financial side is not lost on me at all.

Equally, giving something back to a Club which helped him recuperate through a period which could have seen his career end is not lost on me.

No one saying that he shouldn’t have moved on after another year or so, but he jumped as soon as the dead club pitched up.

A great way of thanking the club for showing him support during a difficult time.
