St Mirren 1 - 0 Aberdeen

Recommended Posts

Injured: Taylor

Doubtful: Bryson

I think he'll make a few changes for this one. I'd expect we'll see a debut for Vyner (for Logan or Leigh) and further forward possibly first starts of the season for Main and McLennan.

Lewis

Logan Vyner McKenna Considine

Ojo Ferguson

McLennan Wright Wilson

Main

subs: Cerny, Leigh, Cosgrove, McGinn, Gallagher, Hedges, Devlin

others: Rogers, Anderson, May, Campbell, E. Ross

prediction: 2-0 Considine and Main (pen)

I'd rest Logan, McGinn and one of the two central midfielders for this one (especially if Bryson is fit).  Maybe Gallagher too.

I'd play Hedges, I think he needs more game time at the moment to get into his stride.

Lewis

Vyner

Considine

McKenna

Leigh (possibly take him off later in the game and shunt Consi across for a bit)

Ojo

Bryson/Campbell

McLennan

Wilson

Hedges

Cosgrove

0-2 (Cosgrove, Wilson)

It’s been a disappointing week in Europe coupled with the failure to evict the Tramp...think we’ll bounce back with a 3-0 win...Cosgrove double and a McGinn screamer...

No way Leigh is getting dropped. It would more likely be McKenna or Logan, depending on contract situations.

Not a case of anyone being dropped -  its resting players ahead of a huge game on thursday - squad rotation is something that DM has never mastered in his 6.5 years at AFC.

I don't think Stand Free Leigh is anywhere near 100% fit, still nursing that ankle injury, but needs must so I  suspect he'll play, but want away defender McKenna, plus a few others. will be rested.

Is Lloyd Christmas Connor Mclennan fit yet? If so:-

Lewis

Vyner

Devlin

Considine

Leigh

Ojo

Ferguson

Campbell

Wilson

Main

McLennan

There's still tickets left as of 45 minutes ago.

Aye, trouble is I'm in glasgow already for the weekend so can't collect. Will see if I can arrange someone to pick one up for me.

Phone the ticket office I’m sure they’d arrange pick up at the ground

They not do print at home tickets? The Home tickets have that facility.

No PATG? Usually is at St. Mirren.

ticket cabins, then it's an electronic thing instead of a turnstile operator.

So can you buy a ticket at the ground or not? I'm not going but my son was planning to.

Looking forward to this one.

Think we might get a reaction after Thursday and hopefully smash them.

Also hopefully get some game time for a few of the guys stuck on the fringes the last few weeks.

It probably won't be.

He'll make a number of changes, so it'll be disjointed and we'll scrap a 1 or 2 nil.

I’d imagine there will be away tickets available on the day from a cabin but not 100%

This is what SHOULD (MT™️RIP) happen, but it’s DM, expect minimal change unless there’s niggly injuries

Doubt back in abundance after the Thursday balls up - no me; 5 fucking nil to the Dons.
