RedRichard Posted November 24, 2019 Share Posted November 24, 2019 It's a pity there's nothing tangible to indicate increases to playing budget (or not depending on your opinion of DM), even though the statement ambitiously talks of levelling the playing field with Celtic & Sevco. This reads more as a poitically managed transition (lots of care taken to compliment Milne) and an attempt to lay the foundations to fund the new stadium. Link to comment
