Cormack Thread

It's a pity there's nothing tangible to indicate increases to playing budget (or not depending on your opinion of DM), even though the statement ambitiously talks of levelling the playing field with Celtic & Sevco.

This reads more as a poitically managed transition (lots of care taken to compliment Milne) and an attempt to lay the foundations to fund the new stadium.

Let's not get too excited about the loan options

2020 Atlanta United roster (as of Nov. 21, 2019)

Goalkeepers (2): Brad Guzan, Brendan Moore

Defenders (6): George Bello, George Campbell, Franco Escobar, Jon Gallagher*, Leandro Gonzalez Pirez and Miles Robinson

Midfielders (7): Mo Adams, Ezequiel Barco, Andrew Carleton, Luiz Fernando, Julian Gressel, Emerson Hyndman, and Eric Remedi

Forwards (5): Lagos Kunga, Josef Martinez, Pity Martinez, Dion Pereira, Tito Villalba

We'll get some shitty British or European lads that they don't have the space for, will mainly be younger players.

Well yeah that's essentially what it is.

Isn't that what we expected or did people think Dave would emerge from pittodrie with Milne's head on a spike and a hail the masses?

The £5m could be for the football operations, the announcement wasn't totally clear on that I think.

One further point, with Atlanta United chairman Darren Eales joining our board shouldn't Cormack be on theirs too? Unless we are entering a subservient relationship, of course.,

Are the Dons pumping USD into them like?
