What's the punishment for breaking the 'law' A fine. Get the pigs to fine him, fine by club and move on.

£1000 fixed penalty notice instantly.

Prosecution in a court with unlimited fine possibly on top of this.

Foreign nationals (of which Bolingoli is obviously one) can be deported Obviously this won't be happening

Why are they considering a pause now the Celtic boy has fucked up?  Why not just postpone Celtic's game(s) like they did with ours?

"Celtic".

That's why.

Well because thats what they alluded to last week.  Fucking OTT IMO, but it's not as if they didn't say.

But this is one of the reasons why I was in favour of us being made to forfeit the points.

Your players are twats you lose the points. At least then The SPFL could demonstrate to the govt that they're on it.

Unfortunately, the SPFL have given the Scottish Govt, loads of assurances, but in true SPFL style  have put zero provisions/rules/regulations in place to deal with breaches. They never fucking learn.

Some players in England broke the rules and the English league never got shut down.

Leeds players celebrated the championship on an open top bus and nothing was said about it.

Aye and the Belorussian league never shut down at all.

Disagreeing with any notion to shut the league down and also thinking the celtic player is a twat who should have the book thrown at him, isn't mutually exclusive.

I. E. Just because I disagree with the potential ramifications of his actions, it doesn't automatically mean that his actions are somehow no big deal.

Yes, but the SNP hate football and football fans.

See their draconian bigoted offensive behavior at football law they brought in for conclusive evidence of this.

It kind of pushes the testing part to one side ie the punishment (whether that’s postponement, forfeiture or full card cancellation) is solely for the standard guidelines breach albeit Bolingoli’s taken it to extremes.  This is what I said from the outset of the 8’s case.  If it’s solely for the guidelines breach then not a chance is Scottish fitba going to work.

Aye its total bollocks.

An entire industry could be shut down because one daft laddie ignored all rules and regulations when he was away from his work despite the best efforts of his club to educate and protect him and his colleagues.

Dont see how you can turn that into them ‘hating football and football fans.’

That'll be why the law was voted out after years of misuse an abuse.

I’ve a degree of sympathy with that as well.  Yes I know there were legal problems within it but fundamentally it was hijacked by the “our sectarian normal should be everybody’s normal“ brigade

Thanks Boris 😆

What an ignoramus.

You know this for a fact, do you?

Nah, I didn’t think so.

She’s not even mentioned it

I'd imagine slitty eyes Lawwell will be having a cosy zoom chat with her this afternoon. See if they can come up with a plausible way to spin things.

Makes it easy to call off the game at the weekend between the two clubs as well.

Looks like the 8 will all be available by the time we play next.

It's probably too late for that now. They should have done this in pre-season so that everyone knew right from the start what was expected of them and what the punishment would be if they were in breach of the rules. There would an enormous stooshie if another club got pinged for  a breach and ended up forfeiting the points to another side (and probably at least one other match on top of that) having seen ourselves and Celtic getting off with a strong telling off by Sturgeon and a slapped wrist off the footballing authorities.

And just imagine the fallout from a club ending up relegated because another club close to them in the table had benefitted from gaining the points in a forfeited match. Or indeed, one of the arse cheeks winning the title from the other in similar circumstances.

I have been called mental for my opinions over the last few days or so for going "over the top" with my criticism of our 8 football players breach of the rules and guidelines.

Now that a couple of Tim players have done likewise albeit the lad who travelled to Spain absolutely takes the biscuit for totally flouting the rules, I cannot believe that ANY of the players involved didn't know what was right and what was wrong.

Are they really that arrogant and believe that the rules don't apply to them?

Football really requires to get it's house in order pronto or the season will be suspended with all the ramifications that brings.

It really is a serious, serious situation.

Aberdeen voted Tory didn't they?  She won't be losing too many votes up there so it's the perfect place to throw her weight about with minimal political damage.

I wouldn’t be surprised. Even when factually zero new patients have been admitted to hospital because of Aberdeen cluster.

Yes that’s the irony, aberdonians shout about west coast huns, Ayrshire and glasgow as the epicentre Of filth and hunnery!2019 voting Banff and buchan voted conservatives as did west Aberdeen and Kincardine only Gordon didn’t JUST

ayrshire north,south,east all voted SNP

2017 all of Aberdeen 3 constituencies voted Tory

Again all 3 Ayrshire counties voted SNP

Kinda puts to bed about the Ayrshire being the breeding ground of the hun.

up there the nimbys and loyalists, unionists are quite happy at being called a second class citizen by the current prime minister (said on an interview by bbc news at 2015 after the refarendum)as shown by the polls.Stand Free

Well said^^^

The tories treat the working class with disdain. Always have, always will.

They must laugh when they see the support they get from ‘oiks’  and daft northeners.
