2 up front would be a good idea but equally well the team played well enough to get a chance to put it right

It's not just a question 2 up or 1 up, it's the personnel deployed in those roles.

Whether it's 1 behind 2 or 2 behind 1 is hardly different at all - it's all about the mix of players in that 3.

We need a Cosgrove or possibly Edmundson type, with 2 of Wright, Watkins, McGinn or Hedges.

Hamilton are the perfect team for us to have after the Dundee United game.

Instead of Hayes trying and failing to put in the perfect cross he should try and take on opposition defenders.

I expect the same effort as the Dundee United match only with a different outcome.

We may lose a goal because of our constant attacking.

Aberdeen 3 Hamilton 1

Aye don't see Hoban getting rested. He's no longer just returning from injury, he's over 2 months down the line from that. If he really is to be a professional footballer going forward then we have to trust the surgeons have done their job properly and treat him like every other player now. And that means being able to play 3 games in 8 days.

Who is missing like?

Read the interview with their manager on the BBC website. Its headline was he isn't in favour of clubs forfeiting the points in the event of having to postpone matches due to having too few players fit. I can't remember of the names of the players out but 2 of them are self isolating because they were on international duty last week and were in contact with Billy Stark who then tested positive, another 4 out injured

Edit....one of the injured was Brian Easton.
