Did Kamberi not down tools at Hibs like Cosgrove did here, then play utter shite for the huns after declaring it was a dream come true to join them?

The huns fans really liked him tbh, but they were always going for better quality in the summer. He fell out with Lennon at hibs but clearly has ability, to let Cosgrove and Edmondson go and bring in Hornby and Kamberi is IMO a very big upgrade. Add a defender and I would be delighted.

Just had a quick look on Hivs.net..............they've picked up on the Kamberi rumour too. Mixed views as to how he will do with us

As a side note....they have 2 names linked with joining them

1) Liam Lindsay.......i wouldn't have minded him as part exchange for Cosgrove before Stoke lost interest in him

2) Callum Hendry ?

Fit? so we have paid £150K to give them wright now and have McCrorie that we already have? surely even we cant negotiate a shit deal like that

Well that's not completely fair as it helped cover a transfer fee during covid. May it helps the team afford one more loan move. Fingers crossed.

They want him now it has to meet the compo amount doesn’t it.

either way they will easily wave the £350k for McCrorie. If we expect more than that we are dreaming & cutting our noses off to spite our face

Well you were right about it going through which surprised me as I thought we would have held firm on this.

There would have been no compensation because he was 23 in the last calendar year. He would have had to be born in 1998 for us to be able to claim compensation in the summer unfortunately.

They have waived 200k off the fee which is multiples of their first offer so I guess we should be happy to have got the price up but personally I think we should have held out for more.

That’s what I meant. Compo/fee would be due for him to leave now but fk all In Summer
