Just how low does his seasons win % have to get before the board acts?

must be a good bit below 40% (which it was before Hibs game) so only getting worse.

We are seeing the real McInnes average now. The one where circumstances do not play massively in his favour & the chips are down.

Being found out for the average manager he is just as Lennon was at Hibs & Celtic & Bolton.

Why our chairman continues to back him is beyond me. Both McInnes and Cormack continue to ruin our club.

I reckon this too. Whether it was a gamble on McInnes turning things round to finish 3rd - now looking like a bad call, or there's simply no suitable replacement available. I suspect there was a judgement call made last week to stick

All joking aside he’d be a good manager for hertz.  Bringing to them what he brought to us which, from where they are must be pretty fucking appealing.

Question they need to ask is what do they expect once he’s done that.  If it’s to plateau, regress and end up floundering in the dark, making an arse of a gimme 3rd then yes.  Crack on.

if we get to a stage where 3rd is unattainable or unrealistic then they might pony up & get rid of him & give the new man 4-5 games post-split (like McInnes got) to assess what he has & what he needs for 2021/22?
