The longest I've not had a drink through choice since legally able to do so was this January. I was sat on the sofa at 2am on new years day and I felt bloated and fat. Had drank solidly through December and steadily in the months leading up to it. Signed up to Beer52, orders from Brewdog and Fierce etc. Couple that with boredom eating I put on some timber.

Took January off, dropped a stone and feel better for it. I'm not much of a drinker through the week unless I popped to the local with my mate to watch football when we could. But drank mostly at weekends. Occasionally I'm a bit ofva liability when pished. Famed for losing phones or breaking glasses when mortalled. 

Other than that the longest has been during a 3 weeker offshore.

Now just enjoy a beer at the weekend evenings.

Most of the year il not touch a drop of any alcoholic drink. Only really on holiday or something big like a wedding,Aberdeen cup final, somebody dead.

probably drank an equivalent of 3-4 cases of 24 beer in my life and 4 bottles of rum.
