Every post that goes by with a failed quote reply, a little part of me dies inside.

Should create a montage of the 3 failed corner attempts with some inspirational backing music

People can keep peddling the he runs around, he tries, he puts himself about, he is short on confidence, he needs a partner up front excuses all they like. The sad truth is, he has been with us for 18 months now, and if anything he is getting progressively worse in front of goal. Put him out on loan to an spl club in january and hope he finds something. If he does, then look to sell him in summer to recoup any fee possible and free up his presumably larger wages. It is absolutely pointless having a guy up front who falls over his own feet and can barely kick a ball off the ground these days.

Stunned how there are people who havent managed to get a ticket if they really wanted one. Not being acquainted with at least 1 other dons fan who has 80+ points or just somebody who can sort you a ticket is a crazy existence. Proud owner of about 25 loyalty points and never fail to source a ticket when needed (including burnley away)

#1663832 St Johnstone 1 - 1 Aberdeen

He was on another planet of skill and vision, hence where he now plays. Christie was producing a huge number of goals and assists. We've now got fuck all.

Exactly. He was wasted for a few months whilst we had him shoved out wide, similar to Christie in spells. How it takes mcinnes so long to realise that these players need to be played in the 10 role is sheer tactical negligence. Stewart another example now being played properly for Killie, look at the results.

Its times like this when people who didnt rate Christie and didnt like maddison really look like complete spastics. Christie is the exact type of player we need. Yes had off games, yes maybe wasnt at his best towards the end of last season, but has the actual ability to take 2/3 boys out the game with a run and create chances with incisive football. We have 0 creativity and that is the main problem. Anderson needs to start next game, may is absolutely finished.

Mcinnes is boring now, done an ok job overall, but time for a change. Playing the same system as we did 3 years ago, however doing it with shiter players is not a recipe for success, 99% of people can see that but why cant he and the board? It makes us so easy and predictable to play against. Watching us at the moment barring the St mirren game is on the whole eye bleeding stuff.

#1647836 James Wilson - Our New Number 9

Posted by Jeffrey de Visscher on 13 August 2018 - 02:07 PM

2013–2014 Rapperswil-Jona 9 (1) 2014–2018 Grasshopper II 26 (21) 2015–2018 Grasshopper 32 (3) 2016–2017 → Karlsruher SC (loan) 15 (1)

Kamberi goal record before Hibs signed him. Excluding goals for the grasshopper reserves he had scored 5 goals in his career (4 less than wilson) early signs point to Kamberi looks like he is a class player, but imagine we had taken a punt on a foreign striker with a goal record like that, the initial comments on here would be laughable.

Wilson was highly rated by United, still a young prospect, wanted by championship clubs, is in the last year of a 30k a week contract and needs to prove he can score goals consistently to even warrant a contract worth a quarter of that - is a gamble that i am fine with taking. Give the cunt a chance FFS.

Plenty of a negatives after this one sadly... there were a few positives, one of those was GMS IMO.  Not his more effective, but I was delighted by his attitude today, put himself about (despite being about 5 stone soaking wet) and looked well up for the battle today.  Sometimes, when it's not happening for him, I feel he's like a passenger.  That wasn't the case today.

Agree with this completely. Not perhaps his best game attacking wise although any bright sparks going forward came from him, he was getting in about, looked feisty and up for it.

I absolutely detest Slippy G with every fiber in my body - an absolute horrible c*nt. I cannot wait till he gets embroiled in a typical hun scandal that highlights just how much of a vile serpent he really is.

Also ryan jack acting the big man standing up after the challenge only to have to sit doon straight away - get it so far up him. The snake sat on the bench once he got subbed as well, too scared to walk down the tunnel himself, complete fanny.
