Reed or deed
Get Mcinnes in as the captain. He has consistently shown the benefit of giving youth a chance. Oh wait.. Link to comment
tiktak
Can't recall a closer set of singles matches in all the Ryder Cup matches I've seen. Looks inevitable that Uncle Sam will prevail but it has been very very tight. Link to comment
tommo1903
Danny Willet and Martin Kaymer have been absolute dogshit. Westwood fucked it up last night. Mcilroy has looked a bit silly. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
Feeling a bit sorry for Sullivan and Fitzpatrick. Pieters was stunning. Westwood is in the middle order and chasing Faldos record. Rose's putting is shite. Link to comment
Old Wing Stand
Does the folk that voted out in the EU, still supporting Europe this weekend?Same with some cunts I know who want England to lose more than they want Scotland to win yet voted for the cunts to rule over us ! Link to comment
tommo1903
Justin Rose? We'd have been better off with Justin Timberlake etc Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Brilliant. They can shout U. S. A. But they can't handle the arithmetic to work out they've won! Link to comment
tiktak
Bubba Watson greetin was funny as fuck. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
Pleased Kaymer pulled his game back. Made selecting Westwood all the more questionable Link to comment
E-P-K
Glad it was the Westwood match they clinched it on... Serves Darren Clarke right for picking his mate over Knox. His pairings on the Saturday fourballs was also ridiculous and finger should be pointed. In terms of golf quality however, that is the best Ryder Cup I'll watch. Cracking golf... Aye some fantastic golf. Clarke, as a player played on emotion to go along with his skill, but he seemed to lack the intelligence and thought process to be a successful captain, the opposite of Love who came across as being just that over the weekend,. Reed or deed
At the end of the day , golf was the winner. Some amazing shots hit and putts holed.Shame to see it spoiled a bit by idiots in the crowd and the same old story where too much beer is available.I include westwood , willett, rose and mcillroy in that statement cos its pretty obvious they were on the beer all weekend. Spot on Roberto about Russel Knox being included ahead of Westwood as Westwood is on the verge of having the yips. He's always had mechanical or psychological problems with short shots and he was exposed big time ... Dynamo
Garcia and Mickleson were -9 and -10 or something ridiculous. Link to comment

McIlroy was superb Fri and Sat so a bit harsh on him, Agree with the rest. One Ryder Cup too far for Westwood. Golf's in a good state competitively with McIlroy, Day, D Johnson and Speith taking things to another level and the likes of Pieters, Reed, Rafa CB, Koepka etc coming through. Link to comment
ericblack4boss
Very fitting that the serial bottler Westwood was the deciding game, 2 up with three to play and fucking did a hibs Link to comment

Cracking golf...Olazabal fucked it up in Medinah too...then the guys played out of their skin on the final day. Clarke will be remembered for fucking it up, Olazabal looked back on as a genius. McIlroy was excellent the first 9 holes yesterday also, then just burned out the back 9, although the lad Reed played great stuff. The 2018 RC will be just as much heckling going on, will now be the norm. Link to comment
Dynamo
At least that will be Lee Westwood's last RC. Big fan of Pieters. Link to comment

Agreed , i was referring to Mcillroys antics rather than his game.He was walking the walk against reed and wanted to bring it on but he didnt have the game to back it up when it mattered. 5 rounds in three days at that level is gruelling . I speak from experience of championship golf (at district and national level) so you're right - cant be too harsh on anyone really. Some amazing stuff played. Was well impressed with Cabrera Bello , like his style and personality , good attitude too. Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
That's called being Scottish! And there was no need for Cabrera Bello to show his true thoughts on his captain so soon. And I'm guessing the lassie on the left is a Mexican waitress taking cashers on a tourist visa. Link to comment
strachanmcgheegoal
No chance unless he's completely retired by then, which is a distinct possibility. Furyk would seem populist choice or, as you say, Love again. Link to comment
