I don't have access to the requisite tools but it would be interesting to undertake some form of statistical analysis of the the top posters to see how often key words like ''bent'', ''poof'', ''gay'' are mentioned.

Bad example, the UK gov doesnt follow the Chechen gov lead like it does the US lead so of course the outcry would be louder, it would reflect on our country far more.

 

Whether its in Chechnya, Kenya, the UK or the US its all just as bad however 2 of those countries governments champion (or used to) rainbow rights and the other 2 are known for pissing all over them.

And it hasn't been in the media. If this was at the top of every news bulletin I'm sure you'd see much more response.

 

You can't really be surprised that there was outrage at Trump when he has been on the news every day for 2 years and there aren't protests about this when the majority of people couldn't point to Chechnya on a map.

I was very surprised about the Trump protests. The fact there were protests in Scotland about Somalians not being able to go to the US totally mystified me. I suppose there isn't really any rhyme nor reason to it but certainly there is a demographic that will protest against any perceived injustice towards Muslims but any brutality perpetrated by Muslims is always excusable.
