it's not cheating. just using the tools at hand. and it worked. :thumbs:

 

what do you make your dipping sauce with? soy sauce obviously.. but other things? you change it up a fair bit, or stick to the same ingredients usually?

Dipping sauce was soy + toasted sesame seed oil + (really) little bit of chilli.

 

Tend to stick to the same base bit maybe change it a little add one or two things but end up going back to the base stuff, spring onions/ginger/garlic/sesame oil/pork.
