  1. I was originally very enthusiastic about Cormack coming back into the fold at AFC, obviously a very succesful businessman, very good international contacts and an Aberdeen fan, sounds ideal, and he has obviously invested money into the club, due to the above I could even accept the strange decision to name the training ground after himself (there are far better legacies he could leave the club) But I am now starting to really despise what he is doing to the club I have loved and felt passionate about for coming on 50 years, I have supported the club financially in any way I could over the years and paid for DNA, Red TV and season tickets even though i lived overseas as I felt it was important to try and support the club without actually being there in person, I have travelled all over Europe from the other side of the world to support AFC and have been to Hampden normally on the wrong end of a result more times than I can remeber. I find it absolutely staggering that his off field management team is made up like it is? In all my time in Business the key is to surround yourself with a strong team and let them manage what you employed them for, I have also seen many instances also of getting an appointment wrong in a key positions but I have never seen it done three times on the bounce. For all of my rant above I have cancelled all my subscriptions/tickets etc and will not attend another game util this absolute shit show is sorted out, not that I think it will make the slightest bit of difference but I simply cant continue to contribute with such mis management engrained in the club.
  2. As DC is data driven i thought i would highlight some below from this season if the above statement is correct Win rate 27% Loss rate 47% Possession average 46% Average goal scored per match 1.19 Average goals conceded per match 1.53 clean sheet % 20% Wake up Cormack Robson is not turning this around and needs to go now!
  3. Agree completely with this, especially in a one off cup final!! only way to play
  4. Agree with this! he is off it just now. Which just shows Robsons tactics up even more as if Miovski is off it we are gauranteed to lose
  5. I think the threshold is set by the fact they put the wrong man in the job in the first place, for AFC surely having less points than games played in the leauge come December and sitting 3 points off the bottom of the league mainly driven by Robsons tactics reaches the sacking threshold. and in his pre match interview he was asked what his message was to the players before the game and replied just play like you did against Hibs 2-0 defeat. but oh score goals tactical genius that should be a sacking offence alone
  6. while factually correct i have no idea watching the team where everybody thinks we will be able to claw back 9 points, we have 13 points from 14 games!! with just 2 wins from 12 games, I doubt we will be in the top half of the table come the split. I can only see the usual tactics in the cup final of a negative display resulting in a narrow loss. It's inevitable Robson will be sacked just a matter of timing so why not now???
  7. Changing the manager is the ONLY option to take us forward, we are continually playing negative tactics to "frustrate" the bigger teams (which according to Robson is now everyone we play against) and hope for a long ball breakthrough for Miovski to get on to. we have neither the personell or tactical knowledge to make that tactic work it is clear to 99% of the support as well as the media it just seems to be unclear to the manager that for some bizzare reason you want to keep in place to avoid "changing the manager". simple fact is he was the wrong choice and to continue with him will only end us in bigger trouble.
  8. To just carry on with Robson in charge in the hope he can turn it around is just folly. Just cant see how we can win a game of football just now in the way we are set up and the style of play. Even the travelling fans which in the main are brilliantly supportive were booing when we are continually trying long throws from both touchlines as soon as we get within 30 yards from goal. We must use this tactic at least 12 - 15 times per game and we have not once (as far as I can remember) got anything positive from them and it seems to be our main attacking tactic. As others have said I think it was wrong to give him the job full time last season and unfortunately I think we will stumble on for a few weeks picking up nothing and it is now just a matter of time until he is gone.
  9. The Euro game away to PAOK is the Thursday after the semi final weekend, no Euro game before that weekend
