Someone mentioned french toast, maple syrup and bacon, fine as fk. Mimi's by the shore, holy shit. I think there is another mimi's in edinburgh. Their french toast is a door stopper. You’d be surprised what sweetness goes into savoury dishes!, sugar goes into bolognaise to try and balance the acidity of the tomatoes and basil etc
