maryhilldon
If he was 6ft 5in with his build he'd be playing rugby league or boxing. What if he was shite at rugby and boxing and preferred football? Link to comment
Scotty_Toronto
Slight tangent, but all of the football stat. sites say that big Sam is 6'2" Surely he's a fair bit taller than that...looks a solid 6'5" at least. That would be my guess. Was lost in the wrong terminal around 1:00am in Manchester Airport after the Burnley game. Bumped into the team. Met Sam, and shook his hand. I'm 6 feet and I thought "This guy is BIG." Link to comment
PondHopper
I am wondering at what point do clubs down south start to make some big transfer offers if this keeps up. The dude is on a terror. Link to comment

DelMonte
Cosgrove has played absolutely fucking shite barring 2 games this season. 2 fucking games. I don't want to write him off. I have done, because I've seen him in many games and he's a fucking terrible player with no ability. Every so often Mackie popped up and played a blinder, this did not make him a footballer. Cosgrove is and always will be shite. A little 7/10 rather than a 4/10 performance against Livingston does not change this. You really don't have an eye for a footballer, been a few times lately I have thought Jesus that boy is a zoomer with some comments after games. I was willing to give Cosgrove the benefit of the doubt at the beginning, then I watched him properly in numerous games. Put it this way, there's a reason he cost 20k from Carlisle. Useless cunt 90% of the time. All I want for Christmas is proper creative midfielder and a proper striker.Won't get old. Absolute spanner. 4 1 Link to comment

BWG
You in a bad mood because we won?I'm delighted. I'm also delighted for Cosgrove as it happens. Absolutely fair play to the lad. Doesn't change the fact that you are still clearly rattled at a post well over a month old. You had your moment, let it go min. 2 1 Link to comment
OddJob
To be fair to Roberto he was only stating what most of us were thinking at the time. Never expected him to go on the run he’s had the past month or so. Fair play to him and long may it continue 4 Link to comment

Tord31
Looks like Cosgrove will save us a fair wedge in our hunt for a striker. Still developing, still raw as fuck but things are looking positive for him. What a run he is on Link to comment

StandFree1982
I'll have £20 on zero league goals before the end of this season. Ill take £20 presuming he gets more than 140 minutes on the pitch. He will be away on loan this time next year and will be away back to England in 18 months ooft. 1 Link to comment

Foster14
Just had a look back through the last 20 seasons and Cosgrove already sits at equal 11th on the highest scoring league goals for a season. He has played 1,126 minutes equivalent of 12.5 full games. Pretty impressive for someone many (myself included) had written off. Wonder how far up this very sorry looking list (12 times players have scored 11+ league goals in 20 seasons!) he can get by the end of the season. 1. McGinn 2012/13 - 201. Rooney 2015/16 - 203. Rooney 2014/15 - 184. Stavrum 2000/01 - 175. Winters 2001/02 - 135. Mackie 2004/05 - 135. McGinn 2013/14 - 138. Mackie 2004/05 - 128. Miller 2007/08 - 128. Rooney 2016/17 - 1211. Vernon 2011/12 - 1111. Cosgrove 2018/19 - 11 Link to comment

Said at the game, cosgrove of October would have put it into the gazebo stand. he didn't shoot he placed massive sign of confidence. Worry was that after the winter break he could have regressed but nope he has still got it Link to comment
