When I've conducted trials for teams, first thing I always tell them is I'm looking for team players. Kids who want to fuck around beating the same player 5 times or who don't listen to and respond to the best passing option. Not interested. Always makes for better trials and the best SMART players will always rise to the top. Link to comment
