Said on here many times, they're records at Aberdeen are very comparable. If we'd swapped players instead of a player and 750k no one would have batted an eyelid as We got a far better all round footballer, but Winters will always have that stigma attachedWatched him play for Pollok last year and he was a standout even at 41 or whatever he is now.
Think he's playing for East Kilbride now.
edit he's 44 and playing for Cumbernauld. Didn't realise he scored quite so many goals for us. Almost 1 in 3.

Dodds wasn’t chicken. Winters was.

A bit lazy? Jesus. No wonder he’s still playing.
Lazy player not burnt out shocker.....honestly though, he’s probably naturally fit and is one of those folk who just never need to push themselves more than they need to. He never seemed to be busting a gut for us that’s for sure

I’m sure I remember him tipping an attempted chip over him onto the bar. Could be wrong though, and have no intention of watching highlights of that horrendous game back to confirm.
I’d rank him above Bossu and Collin in goals for us.
And a hoor of a miss from a few yards out, considering his increase in form the past few games Livi was a fucking shocking display

Winters at his peak would be cracking in our team right now.

First league win for Ebbe as well. I think we had scored something like 1 goal all season before it.

Lost the first 6 games without scoring a goal if I can remember correctly, lost the 7th game against Dundee United but Dow scored, you would have thought we'd won the league going by the celebrations on the park and the stands.
I’m sure this was in the early days of soccer Saturday on Sky Sports and they were on ‘Aberdeen Watch’ for us to score a goal.

What a boost it would be to our outlook if May scored two or three today.

Missed him today. Clearly.
Harsh...if he’d played and failed to score again...it would have been his 25th consecutive game without a goal from open play...pretty embarrassing considering who we were playing and the fact he’s meant to be a striker...I think he probably has some fairly serious mental health issues that mean he sometimes is not “able” to play...this would explain why he sometimes doesn’t feature and his overall disheveled appearance.

Can’t do much when your teammates can’t oass the ball properly, we were awful
Aye but equally Cosgrove had some great flick ons. Not remotely close to moving into any of them.

Got to be the end of May as a starter that first half
It means we have G-Stew out wide if May plays with Cosgrove... which is equally unpalatable.
A few questions answered. Has to be Cosgrove, with G-Stew playing off him, up top. May on the bench.

Mate you really need to grasp the fact that our forward line are fluid and have license to interchange
Stewart is not played on the wing
