In the glasgow sun this morning....

TESTING TIMES

Rangers and Celtic to be vetoed from hosting fans’ test events until Glasgow coronavirus restrictions are lifted

With the The Rangers versus Dundee United game out of the running, three matches from the remaining fixtures will be put forward.

These are: Ross County v Celtic, Aberdeen v Kilmarnock, Livingston v Hamilton, Motherwell v St Johnstone and St Mirren v Hibs.

It should be ross county, us and livvie games for the tests. Motherwell and Paisley is glasgow to me.

Paisley is certainly out as East Renfrewshire is under the same restrictions as Glasgow city. Motherwell is North Lanarkshire so ok at the minute. As it stands, we will get  one. It's pointless giving it to Livi as no fucker attends their games in normal times anyway

Paisley isn't in east Renfrewshire. its in Renfrewshire.

east Renfrewshire and Renfrewshire are completely different council areas.

A club statement added: “Rangers are delighted to confirm season tickets have sold out for a third consecutive year.

“The ticket centre has worked tirelessly through this season’s waiting list to ensure the maximum 46,500 season tickets and corporate hospitality packages have been sold.

“We appreciate that some fans will be disappointed at missing out on this year’s season tickets.

“There is now time to add yourself to next year’s waiting list in anticipation of our 150th anniversary season through MyGers membership.”

150th anniversary season. ????????

Turns out even the compliant Daily Record are now running a story saying there was no truth in the Leeds bid for the left back.  Surprise, surprise

Surprised at the Daily Ranger showing some integrity there. These figures thrown out are pure fabrication designed to inflate the value of their players in the hope a club somewhere believes it to be the going rate. I don't doubt there will be interest in some of their better players but nowhere near the millions quoted.

Aye its all designed to alert clubs that they will entertain bids for certain players as well as hoodwinking the fan base that they are turning down offers for players so don't need the cash.
