I think being paid more is usually a good enough incentive for most people smart enough to put their loyalties aside. In any case, I imagine winning a cup with us in his tenure would have more english eyes on him than 2nd place in Sweden. I'd take the risk, worse case scenario is he fails and goes home and back into the pool of managers who 'know the Swedish game' much like the conveyor belt of Scottish managers that continue to get jobs with the same reasoning.
