"Maybe I will never be all the things that I want to be

But now is not the time to cry now's the time to find out why
I think you're the same as me, we see things they'll never see you and I, WE'RE GONNA LIVE FOREVER"

Sorry to be a bah humbug but there are zero good Xmas songs.

They played the Springsteen Santa coming to town on the radio when I was driving this morning and the gimp DJ said he hated it when the singer starts laughing in the final bit of the incredibly repetitive shite. I interpret this as the DJ being a tube. It ruins his Xmas does it? He takes it that seriously? Saddo.

Raymond and Fred at a sadly deceased Record shop had a box in the storeroom labelled "Now That's What I Call Christmas Pish".

Sums it up really.

This is the song that I play every Christmas day when I awake

It helps me realise that no-one loves me and that I have no-one to love.

All blocked at my work, :( I once gave a girl All I want for Christmas is you by Mariah Carey as part of her Christmas, she loved it, sounds sickly thinking back. I'm no longer with her.

I'll post this up but can't see it myself, great song,Alexandra Burke version is good as well. Maybe not strictly a Christmas song but I like it.

Charlie Brown Christmas Dance

They all seem to have taken quite a lot of drugs in this episode of The Charlie Brown & Snoopy show.
Especially the chap in the green top and the chap in the Orange top.

The Northern Lights of old Aberdeen

Mean home sweet home to me

The Northern Lights of Aberdeen

Are what I long to see

I've been a wanderer all of my life

And many a sight I've seen

God speed the day when l'm on my way

To my home in Aberdeen!!

Tell you an opinion splitter for me is the song In the Bleak Mid Winter

Some people can nail that one and make me feel dead Christmassy but for some reason others, particularly these 'its my interpretation" types can make me want to rip their throats out with a rusty banjo!  Just thought I'd share that with you.  Oh and the stupid lyrics don't help, even when it is sung well.
