Tuna mayo, with my secret ingredient - wholegrain mustard spread on the bread prior to the addition of the tuna. 
 
Sounds weird. Tastes amazing. Try it and thank me later.

Im sure wholegrain mustard has been in the public domain for a good few years. Hardly a secret. 

 

I believe combining it with tuna mayo is a relatively unusual phenomenon.

Cheese and beans on a toastie is a favourite of mines. It has to be made in a proper toastie maker that crimps the edges of the bread though.
