  1. Correct ‘Fit a redd-up’ ….. also commonly used to describe some cunt fa’s absolutely blootered
  2. Nah, nah , min……’at’s a redd-oot
  3. Hardly a disgrace. A couple of the others weren’t much better but had some luck with Hart’s poor attempt to save them ……MacDonald and Milne , but I wouldn’t call their efforts disgraceful. If any of them had tried a Panenka or some other showboaty type penalty and missed …..now that would have been disgraceful.
  4. Incredible foresight about Duncan’s penalty. I mean who would’ve thought that a young player who’s had hardly any game time in recent months , whose latest performance a week before was embarrassingly bad and who was forced to wait an inordinate amount of time at the spot before taking the kick would miss ?
  5. Two superb crosses for the goals but what also helped was having 4 or 5 players in or about the box busting a gut to get on the end of the cross. A bit more of that attitude throughout the game and not just when we’re at the Hail Mary stage would be great.
  6. Talking of keyboard clowns ….
  7. Agreed about his value …..ie the genuine market value that buying clubs will actually be willing to pay. NOT the figures plucked out of thin air by keyboard clowns which get ridiculously overestimated then dramatically reduced on the back of good or poor form by the player.
  8. Hope we’re already trying to source two better keepers and that we’ve withdrawn the contract offer supposedly made to Roos. He’s a liability. Apart from the delay with injury carry-on which was obviously more likely to affect a young penalty taker than an experienced keeper , I noticed that Roos turned his back on Hart , like a sulky bairn when Hart came over to shake his hand straight after the last penalty. And Hart didn’t look like he was being a smug, gloating cunt. Just Roos being a cunt.
  9. Can’t say I’ve been impressed by him previously , but he went up in my estimation for putting himself forward for a pen. However I think he’s probably just the latest version of Conor McLennan and (for older Hatters) Scott Muirhead……and a similar career trajectory lies ahead for him.
  10. Bullshit. Extremely tight on the freeze frame at the moment the through ball is played to Sokler. And by no means certain what the drawing of lines on the freeze frame would show. And what’s more (and as far as I’m aware hasn’t even been mentioned) the replays show that Sokler was fouled by Carter-Vickers just as he was about to poke the ball for his goal attempt….CCV’s knee/thigh bumps Sokler round about his hip just enough to knock him off balance and materially affect his goal attempt. Of course , if the replay and drawing of lines on the freeze frame showed Sokler being offside then it shouldn’t have been a penalty. But there’s nothing to suggest that these issues were even considered by VAR.
  11. Hard to argue with your assessment of Polvara. It’s been asked on this page if Milne is the new Dean Campbell…..but staying on topic….is Polvara the new Gary McDonald ?
  12. And the League Cup Final when we hardly laid a glove on the cunts
  13. Aye, there were a good few of these …..generally not game changing decisions in themselves , but enough to allow them to stay on the front foot or stop us getting a foothold in the game. Although two specific incidents which were game-changing highlight the different attitude to possible fouls by each team. Their first goal was obviously a major fuck-up by MacDonald ….but he did get a bit of a shove from the Celtic player. As much a foul , in my opinion , as the challenge by Hoillett on Johnston which seems to be why one of our penalty claims was denied.
  14. Has to be top priority for next season. Get two keepers significantly better than Roos, who isn’t even good enough to be second choice. One of the main reasons Hearts are best of the rest this season is that they’ve got two very good keepers. They manage to steal a lot of points in games where they’ve been battered because their keeper’s kept them in the game.
