Remake set in Aberdeen starring Frunkie and @ebbe

Predator chat has got me thinking of the best films with wrestlers in them. Predator obviously wins hands down but what's top five?

No holds barred, Rocky 3, They Live, Welcome to the Jungle spring to mind without any googling any others?

Giant Haystacks is in Oscar winning movie Quest for Fire.

Let me know how you get on with it TikTak.

Australians seem to make really good psycho bastards.  I guess there's something about whitey in the sun in a vest and sweating, and that minging dialect\accent too.....

Hounds Of Love.

Hmm. I wouldn't really package this as another Wolf Creek. Both different types of nutter movie for me. Hounds Of Love is more of a character study of a sexual deviant dominant male and submissive female doing anything to try to attract the love of her mate. It's a Fred and Rose West scenario played almost as a serious dramatised documentary with zero humour. Wolf Creek is more your garden variety cartoon psycho played for shocks and laughs. I prefer the latter type myself though Hounds Of Love does well to be effectively disturbing on an obviously less than stellar budget. Couldn't see me watching it again but still call it a 7/10.

Hounds of Love... reminds me of Bad Moon, the only movie, so far as I'm aware, where the werewolf fucks a chick to death.

Doggy style, obviously.

Here's another creepy Aussie film based on true events I saw a few years ago.   Was sensational.   I may watch it again.

Snow Town.

One thing I forgot to mention on Hounds Of Love. Disappointed they chose someone clearly into her twenties to play the teen victim. Just had a look and see that she was actually 24 at time of making the film. A minor niggle but these wee things annoy me.

The scenes maybe a bit harrowing for a youngster to perform...

Definitely wasn't an episode of Skippy.

Goldeneye on just now. Easily the best Bond movie until Casino Royale came out and made things a wee bit more realistic.

The opening scene when he drives the bike over the cliff chasing the plane, then glides in through the plane doors is absolutely horrendous

Just watched Romper Stomper again for the first time in 20 odd year

What a pile of garbage

Best bits are when the chinkoids kick fuck out of the racists and they all run away and when the little annoying racist gets shot in the head by the cops.

Annabelle Creation.

Like my horror but creepy doll stories don't really cut it in my book. Somebody else who was there jumped a couple of times but all very "meh" for me. 5/10.

Never really been a fan of the bond movies. Always wondered why they (baddies) didn't just shoot him in the head instead of firstly revealing their secret plan then setting up a very convoluted execution. Same goes for batman

Watched a Daniel Craig bond film a few months ago and was shocked at just how utterly shite it really was.Tired, out of date franchise made all the worse for The Bourne movies being far superior...

Ehh, because then they'd be dead and the franchise would be over.

Right but if the movies were really like that then every action movie or thriller would last maybe 20 minutes which considering how shite most movies are now would not be a bad thing.  But yeah they all know who Bond is he would surely have been taken out at some point.  Not that I really care...

Dunkirk.... It was decent enough... If you've heard the criticisms about there not being enough soldiers on the beach and boats in the English Channel that all you'll be able to think about when you see the empty seas and beaches... Amazing soundtrack. Story, for what it is, was a little disjointed. The 1 week, 1 day, 1 hour thing didn't really work for me...

Just back fae seeing it. Incredible sound and visuals. The story's a bit weird but got the hang of it towards the end. And if your nae moved by the bit when the evacuation fleet turn up then you're either German or deid inside. 9/10
