  1. Well, he can keep that shirt on when he sits on the bench.
  2. There was a collective unity in 95 that is completely absent today. The P&J had the “Save our Dons” campaign (from memory) and there was a fight from the team and an acknowledgement from the fans that all built on each other. Tynecastle was the standout moment. And by the time Utd rocked up to Pittodrie I had no doubt we would stay up. cant say I feel a fraction of optimism today. “Never Again” was the name of the book. Which should have a subtitle “Aye, right” added.
  3. Fair play, I have been using the internet to access this forum right enough. but it was Jack Webster that informed of Benny Yorston.
  4. Is Benny Yorston going too far back?
  5. "Are you with me?" "Are you with me?" "Are you with me?" Yes Neil, we are with you. All the way. Canna wait!
  6. absolutely. Hamish, Grace Kelly, Taylors Brothers Coal, Invergowrie Bay, and something about stoking flames in our hearts.
  7. Love him more with each game. when Jenson was getting treatment, just after Clarkson played a through ball that went behind Sokler, Miovski was with Clarkson, clearly talking through what he should and shouldn’t be doing. And he doesn’t just lead the line, he’s leading the whole team and gesturing for a higher press when needed. The guy is class all round. On current form, he should be a shoe in forSPFL player of year awards nomination (obviously as the token non hun/tim - if this is the year a non hun/tim is allowed to be nominated).
  8. Yes. I get the feeling there was a desire to ensure we sold our allocation reasonably quickly, as a GIRUY to the Scottish League for the share of tickets they put in place. which, although I understand the motive, was a bit naive.
  9. Did they change the process completely when selling Cup Final tickets? I lost details of my account when they changed the user account system a few years ago. I live south of London and don't get to much games so didn't have any purchasing history showing on my account when I tried to buy a ticket for the rangers home game next Saturday. The tickets were on general sale at that time, but tickets could still only be purchased if you had a prior buying history. That is, first time buyers wouldn't be able to buy a ticket. I would have expected General Sale for Cup Final to have meant the same this time round, no? Regarding the rangers home game, I contacted the club and they (said they) were able to see evidence of my previous buying history and so I was able to get my ticket.
  10. Any highlights out there? Nothing on BBC website. Nothing on youtube. Nothing on Viaplay website.
