  1. It is but I haven't dug out any of them individually, as I understand some of them do great work but it's the club outlook on the youth set up which isn't quite right in my opinion. As for Duncan, he's regressed massively and that is concerning, though he was ok in the odd chances he got to start with but last 18months has been really bad.
  2. It's not about proving them wrong, that's the wrong way for fans to look at it as well. Look at Lewis Carrol, he's decided to stay here right and that's great however without the proper pathway it could end up being a terrible decision by him, we may never know if he was any good or whatever as there appears to be a reluctance to give more youngsters a chance to show what they can do in the first team. I'll also add that to help produce more young talent every age group should be playing the same way, there should be a very clear blueprint and ethos on how those teams play, maybe then they'll have a better chance of stepping up when a chance comes their way.
  3. Not really, I think it comes down more so to their approach, how they execute it then the talent available. Plenty of well thought of kids have been let go over the last few years, not many getting a chance in the first team, it's not easy obviously but some of the players may thrive from getting meaningful game time as opposed to having none whatsoever then farmed out to a really shit standard.
  4. Again it's debatable, we are burning through so many players due to mismanagement throughout the club, I don't agree with sticking young boys to highland league or really bad sides in league 2, they learn very little and almost all of them end up released. The club need to rethink their approach here as it feels like that side of the club has really stagnated in the last 2 years.
  5. I have no idea what you are on about however, would you not find it strange if a manager who has only really used 3 formations, none of which consisting of the 3 at the back just started using it?
  6. Most other clubs won't be spending what we are and I would say that right now it feels like the 'pathway' is broken, i don't agree with how the club go about things, only focusing on a couple of players, that's why we have such a huge turnover of youth players.
  7. You really want to play a game?
  8. I didn't give you all sorts of shit, I pointed out how dreadful your arguments were. You claimed he barely lasted 60 mins, you'd also say he never played any 90 mins, you would also neglect the fact that a couple of times he was subbed for tactical reasons, one injury was from a shocker of a tackle. All of this while you were shouting about a certain other right back who is 2 years old than Ramsay yet at the time you kept going on about him had only managed 600minutes more than him.
  9. He's completed a lot of 90mins, well had up until that point and at the time you were comparing him to another young right back who had actually completed less 90mins. It's really sad though that you take great delight in a young players injury issues just to give yourself a wee pat on the back, shows how shite your own life must be.
  10. Gan to be a right laugh when the guy who has only ever played 4 at the back is made to play a 3.
  11. I expect that we'll see what he wants very quickly, it's just whether the players are capable of doing it and getting results. It's going to a bumpy ride but one worth sticking with until he has a squad of players who are all capable of playing his way.
  12. He never performed a miracle, that is a load of shit, the board never gave him the full time job at the end of the season, they were indecisive and changed their minds after initially saying he'd be interim until the end of the season. Most of the nutters on here could see the Robson was a disaster waiting to happen, the club should always being hiring the best man available at the time, to this point they have constantly failed in doing so.
