shut up meg
I know what you are say MT however these guys are on our doorstep. They were obviously watching Queens Park and St. Mirren and we missed the opportunity to pick up McGinn and Robertson for pennies. Link to comment
S2RDS
Hibs very close at the end there !! Shows what happens when you really have a go at them. Pity it took hibs over 70 minutes to have a pop Link to comment
Guest
How the fuck didnβt he make that 3-2?Β Hibs attack attack attack right to the end. Thatβs the right mentality. Against 10 bluenose non-champions, we never showed a hundredth of that desire. Two x consecutive 2-2βs v. Celtic home and away. 1 Link to comment

BWG
Credit to popcorn teeth. Doesn't fuck about trying to out-think them just plays his game and gets his players up for it.Β No fucking way we would have the mental strength to come back at 2-0, let alone score two goals against Celtic. Just highlights how fucking shite Derek is in the big games. Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
Didnt see it. Out of interest at 2-1 down did Hibs steadfastly play it across the middle before pausing, checking to see if the defence was set and Brown had got his breath before going back across the middle this time with a needless Hollywood pass chest high and behind the overlapping full back? Just asking? 1 Link to comment
Shinniesta
Fair play to Lennon that's a couple of 2-2 draws with Celtic and a 3-2 win at Ibrox. His team certainly show now fear of the old firm and I hope they smash Sevco on Wednesday night. They are still behind us in the league though and it's worth remembering that the two times we have played Lennon's Hibs we've beaten them on both occasions.Β I just wish we would the same passion and desire that Lennon's team do against the ugly sisters. We've surrendered meekly to them 3 times in 3 games this season already for an aggregate score of 1-8 with 2 of those games being at home. Now that the manager is he isn't he leaving circus is finally over McInnes really needs to start consistently getting the best out of his squad because quite frankly Sevco, Hibs and Motherwell all currently look more cohesive units than we do. We could quite easily finish 4th or even 5th this season unless we improve. Link to comment

boboisared
Lennon is doing what McInnes has never had the balls to do.Β Hibs without the ball are pressing them deep in their own half, including putting pressure on Gordon. Celtic are doing the simple things well and getting good tracts of possession but McGinn v. Brown in the first 10 minutes was telling.Aside from when we did it at the cup final. 1 Link to comment

Even from own support. Yet are only 2 points worse off than same stage last season & 2 points behind a Motherwell team that is getting loads of praise.Β I guess the main reason is the comparative difference between the two sides from last season to this but he has a point I suppose.Β Where are we compared to same stage?
