Same result. Assuming it is just me and no other International subscribers are having the same issues?

 

Working fine here.

 

(I use Google Chrome.)

 

A couple of thoughts...

 

Did you recently change a credit card or have a credit card expire?

 

Did you sign up with one e-mail address but tried to renew with another?

Last time I had an issue with RedTV their support folk sorted the problem out in real time with me.

 

Turned out the problem was I was being fucking retarded.

Would be fucking retarded again if RedTV support was on the job.

Thanks for all the replies. My own fault - as I said a payment had been taken almost a year to the date that I signed up and for RedTV and almost the exact same amount. I was under the impression there was an automatic renewal but there wasn't. Basically I forgot about my purchases from the club shop. :rolleyes:
