strachanmcgheegoal
The most worrying thing for me was that Effie Ambrose realised he was less of a threat being left to go for the header himself rather than when he challenged him for it. Link to comment
SheepieBaaBaa
Did he win a single header?Several from where I was sitting. Also looked like he didn't mind having the ball at his feet and didn't shrink by a foot when he jumped like Zola or wave his elbows likens maniac like Stockley. Definitely an upgrade. Link to comment
Big Hat Logan
What, apart from the one he bulleted towards goal and forced a top save , you mean? That was against hearts m8 Link to comment

strachanmcgheegoal
You didn't think GMS gave a fuck yesterday? You're honestly not very bright, are you ?No, I just use simple language to assist mugs like you. GMS is a strange fish (no pun intended). Probably fits better in the Hayes school of trying too hard. But unlike Hayes who keeps trying GMS seems to let it affect his game and, from where I was watching, his general well being. Classic heid dooner. If you think the opposition havent realised that then you have my sympathy. At least you would if I gave a shit. 1 Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
The woohoo enjoyed the match. It was a million miles away from almost every other "big" game this season.Same mindset should see us beat the huns.McInnes will do his best to remove that mindset in time for Tuesday.Failing that he will have his fallback plan of fielding as many defenders as he can. Hell we may even see Devlin making his debut for this game, even if he is still injured. Link to comment

SheepieBaaBaa
That was against hearts m8He did it yesterday as well didn't he. Seem.to remember him getting a strong in on goal, was at the other end of the ground though, so dont know how close he was or whether it troubled the keeper. Link to comment
RAZOR
I certainly can't remember him several headers anyway. Thought big Efe done him most occasions. It doesn't help Stockley that the crossing is absolutely plum. Link to comment
CraigHill
I thought Cosgrove was relatively ineffective yesterday.Only slightly less ineffective as our other striker.Would have hooked them both at half time. Link to comment

the sheep
Anyone else notice that May didn't come back out to sit on the bench after the break. Wasn't having a great game....inured or a falling out with the boss man? Link to comment
fine-n-dandy
Nonsense. Thats why youre not a manager though.Agreed. He clearly caused them a few headaches at set pieces, just a pity that the actual balls in from those set pieces (for the most part) were pretty poor. Link to comment
V for Vendetta
Egg on your face He DID bullet a header against hibs yesterday that forced a good save Just be a man and apologiseBullet was against Hearts I think. Hibs one was very much directed downwards, not bad but not what I'd call a bullet. Link to comment
Scotty_Toronto
It's at the 10 1/2 minute mark on the RedTV highlights if anyone wants to revisit it. GMS corner met by Cosgrove and strongly headed and blocked by the left thigh of Ambrose who is about 3 1/2 yards from goal. Link to comment
