That is a great unanswered question, those left behind certainly do suffer. There's not a lot I've experienced that comes close to the pain of grief.

What the threshold is to have it categorised as a mass shooting i don't know. But that is fucking ridiculous.

 

Their congress describes it as any public shooting which results in 4 or more people being targetted.

Someone came on (probably someone from here ripping the piss) and said he was on a ladder trimming a tree with a chainsaw, disturbed a wasp hive which caused him to fall off and the chainsaw fell on him and cut off his hand.
