I thought Gartenmann was Finnish and Jensen was Swedish. (No Hearts keeper jokes please). But he was really good again today. The clearance off the line was incredible, and the way he just sat 2 yards off their big fast striker was clever (compared to the last time when he got run ragged). Their keeper and the boy up front would definitely be good additions.

I actually thought he was okay today. Some nice touches and short 10 yard passes. The whole team played well today with the final touch/ball just being astray. I think Clarkson is actually a better all round player this season than last. I also feel he will kick on next season if played in his proper (no. 10) position consistently.

Agreed, whether he stays or goes, he steadied the ship somehow. You’re not amassing many points conceding upwards of 1.5 goals a game. MacDonald in defence had made a huge difference with a bit of calmness at the back. But credit to Leven for dropping Jensen to make that happen.

And the weather was decent. Back home, having a glass of white with Mrs Crooky and watching BGT. Life’s good 😊
