haha aww, thanks xx

hes a great guy and i personally find him funnier than your cheesy jimmy bullard

granted, the cigar incident is a disgrace, but his on-field antics are exactly whats needed

he just does NOY give a toss

as for his comments on karl henry and his "3-0" gesture to the crows...fair play

henry IS a hatchet man, nothing more and the crowd were giving him pelters, why cant he give a cheeky response?

Was starting to warm to him until his diving antics vs Arsenal.

More intelligent than 1st thought, but not as intelligent as he thinks he is.

He provides entertainment if you're exceedingly easily entertained.

also for a wee guy hes pretty brave as id imagine most folk are out to do him

Or, more likely, he's got a bad case of small man syndrome, horrible cunt that he is.

if people are happy to listen to him, all good and well.

Decent player, who has to much to say, considering he's a little thug on and off the pitch, he should spend more time worrying about his performances and doing his job.

hes a strange one.

hes a pain in the arse and lets too many other things get in the way of his football. now, im not saying that just because hes a footballer, hes not allowed to have a crap day. as with anything, its his job and things are going to get to you. however, if the guy could have found a way around his childish outbursts and downright stupid behaviour, hed be in that england team ahead of gareth barry and probably be captain of liverpool or arsenal. but theres such a negative stigma attached to barton that folk ignore his talents on the field and instead focus on his other activities - ie twitter then that argument over karl henry.

Fallons goal was a fluke, could try it 100 times and he'd be lucky to do it more than 5.

Darren Mackie could try it 100 times and he'd be lucky to hit the ball more than 5...

If you're joining a gym or a health club I'd give it a week... All the fucking no hopers have started this week clogging up your workout whilst hogging the machines you want to use... The pool I go to was fucking hoaching with fucking water treaders in the fast lane today - fuck off with your breast stroke in the fast lane, and you fucking old wifies having a wee chat in the medium lane... Get Tae.... You want to have a gas, stick your head in an oven...

guess it depends on your own style of football

i like to rough/noise folk up when im playing, so i relate to that therefore im interested in it

really? i think hes been excellent for the last 2 seasons, personally

therefore he should shut up. its opening his big stupid gob that has held his career back, not his footballing ability.

I can't really take to him. Some of the stuff he does is a bit "cheeky chappy" which can raise a smile but he's an antagonist as his feud with Henry shows. What's the point to raising a petty argument after the game? As some of said on here, I think he has too much to say for himself. If he knuckled down and concentrated on being a professional, he could be starting every week for a club chasing the title, which is a bit ironic when you see some of the criticism he hands out to players he considers not good enough for England/the Premier League etc.

I think Henry has hit it on the head about Barton.

If that is what he wants to do, he can carry on doing it but that is why a lot of people dislike him. He has tried to reinvent his image but it is probably the same old story.

if he doesn't care that he hasn't fulfilled his potential then he's a prick anyway and only cares about money.

if he had any moral fibre he'd shut his gob, knuckle down and try and get into the england squad.

its not just barton though, there's plenty wage thieves who only play for the bucks. thats why you get so many international call offs, no-one gives a fuck about anything but money.

if i was picked for scotland i'd play with a broken leg. top professional footballers = cunts (in general)

Can't believe he had been described here as a bit of a tit, cheeky chappy, pain in the arse and loveable rogue. This is the same guy who has served jail time for assult? Almost blinded Dabo, assulted a 15 year old and stubbed out a lit cigar in youth players eye yeah?

Aye a loveable rogue right enough
