You’re not the brightest. I was replying to a comment saying we wouldn’t have good sales with O’Neill… When we achieved record sales with Robson. How is that negative?
-
We achieved record ticket sales with a thick cunt in charge though
-
I’d say so. If he’s the one we’ve offered it to & are awaiting his response & he says no, fuck knows if there is a plan B candidate.
-
And, far from first choice. We’ve speculated on here about managers turning us down, but Alan Burrows pretty much confirmed it without actually directly saying so.
-
I’d say that falls more under the CEO’s remit? (The comms I mean).
-
Please stop with that 😁
-
No. You really didn’t. You’re just grandstanding.
-
Apart from one interview he did when Glass was appointed I don’t think I’ve seen or heard him speak on REDTV.
-
To be fair (& I’ve been vocal in criticising the Board), what else could he say, when it’ seems clear there’s an offer out to someone who’s still to give an answer?
-
To be fair, he did acknowledge that twice. I’m not sure what else he could say on that interview. Clearly the club thought the timescale given was going to be met by a yes from someone, & that person got cold feet. My take on it: - We’ve been turned down by a couple, guesswork & supposition, but Alex Neil & Jimmy Thelin? - We’re waiting on 1 to say yes, probably Michael O’Neill - it won’t be Neil Lennon 😁

Very very close but nothing before weekend basically

Update….. There is no update…… https://twitter.com/aberdeenfc/status/1773293749885366372?s=46&t=EGF21CR589CHViwzdY2JPw Sounds like we’ve definitely been turned down by one or two, and I’m guessing, waiting on O’Neill to say yes (or no!)
-
At least he doesn’t howk at his nose & ears, & scratch his neck like a baboon.
-
Well at least we’ll be “forced” to hear some sort of official update from the club, as presumably we’ll have the pre-match Ross County press conference. It’ll be a poor show from the club though if they just shove Leven in to field the inevitable questions. Unfair on him & he’ll be so guarded in what he says, or is told to say.

Aberdeen fans won’t do a thing other than boo & few shout “sack the board” We’re generally an apathetic, reticent bunch. Hopefully a win & nothing heard.
