Hamilton 1 - 1 Aberdeen

Too many seem to have decided that if they ain’t getting 100% wage they will not give 100% effort.

Another shambles of a performance and the fringe players have done nothing to help their cause but more worrying is Cosgrove’s complete lack of interest. It seems that as club accepted a bid for him he’s decided that not being wanted means he doesn’t give a fuck.

The fringe players are not good enough. 2 shite right backs when we don't play with one, 1 average left back but we don't really play with one. Ojo is pish, Main is pish, Edmunson is pish, Devlin must be pish if he can't get a look in instead of Taylor.

You can possibly work away with one or two average squad players coming into the starting XI but when you've 4 or 5 starting it's an issue. Any team in the league would struggle with that.

I’d agree with this when we come up against better teams, such as the Huns at the weekend, a result I almost accepted in advance. However when your up against the worst team in the league who have no confidence, and the players in the team are guys the manager signed very recently (some he was desperate to), then the excuse looks a little weak and the team and manager deserves scrutiny.

Why aren't they hungrier?  Other teams seem to have more desire. You'd expect a lot of those players that came in tonight to be chomping at the bit to make an impression.

Is it the players or the instructions to the players?  Or a bit of both?

Probably but having Hayes, McCrorie, Ferguson, Watkins, Wright, McGeough, and to an extent McLennan all out is going to leave us struggling. Campbell did really well but he's been out for ages, surely he can't be expected to play again on Saturday? I think we'll lose on Saturday.

I'm going with the players.....some, like Ferguson and McCrorie have joined us knowing that if they do well a big move to England, where they'll get a contract that makes them millionaires. So they try like fuck. Cosgrove was like this too but he seems to no longer give a fuck....but he's had a big offer and turned it down, I presume he thinks another one will be coming in January

Others...like Main, Ojo, Kennedy have achieved their peak by joining us. They probably know that they're not going to get another contract with us and wherever they end up next is going to be for less money. Is that de-motivating? Maybe

What really worries me is that there are no young loons even threatening to break through to the first team

Also......we could do with a captain who will bollock the fuck out the team when the performance isn't good enough. For a number of reasons......Lewis isn't that man

Used the term “Good performance”

“We’ll take the positives, we got a point at a difficult venue & are back 3rd”.

I get the whole modern manager thing not wanting to slag off his team, but he’s delusional coming away with that nonsense.

I think we’ll lose at St Mirren.

Just the usual then.

Aye,  it doesn't help when the 4 most driven players are all missing (Hayes, Ferguson, McCrorie and Watkins).

A lot of the others are just too passive.  Hedges excepted.

I normally stick up for Cosgrove but tonight I got the impression he was'nt interested.

I hope to fuck Hamilton get relegated.

That pitch should never have been approved for the Premier League.

In fact I think a lot of players hold back on that pitch for the fear of picking up an injury.

Agree about Hamilton to get relegated.

Shite team, shite ground, shite pitch.

They offer nothing to the league.

I think Cosgrove will be sold in January.

Edmondson looks like a centre half that’s been converted to a centre forward. He’s not good enough. First touch is terrible.

Main is just garbage & not good enough either.

We need two centre forwards in.
