John James the seesaw Gers blogger boy once did a good article suggesting Fraser was the only SFA board member to question the Nimmo Smith findings, particularly the other clubs non right of appeal. Pity he didn’t make more of it at the time as the clear inference was that the other clubs (not Celtic as their rep was handily on holiday at the time) told Fraser to get back in his box and to tow the party line.

After sale of Hayes and given the other players we were losing the board agreed to increase the football budget by the Hayes cash, quoted in the meeting as £750k.

 

The DNA, £680k net, has now 'replaced' that temporary increase.
