Aye but for how long tho that’s the thing. Always quick to replace things that don’t need replacing, a common theme in the city, wouldn’t be shocked to see the 524 become a victim of this too.

I walked past the 524 on a regular basis and I can't imagine some wine bar opening up any time soon, the whole area is a dump and it seems like every 2nd shop is closed.
