  1. Milne did fantastically, considering he came off the bench cold and was straight away up against Forrest, who has scored not long before and was causing havoc. Milne seems to read the game well, I'd have him in the team for the rest of the season.
  2. As soon as Warnock lined up with Morris as RWB v Motherwell I knew it wasn't going to end well. To have managed 1000 games and come up with that game plan beggars belief.
  3. First time I've seen Kyogo in a live match, Bojan was far superior on the day.
  4. Scottish cup final will be a sea of Irish tricolour and union flags. Mutants
  5. He came on when most players were dropping like flies with cramp. He barely closed down or made a sprint, stinking attitude. The game was set up for him and his pace, loads of space behind the Celtic full back to run into, but he didn't get out of second gear. Fire him into the sun.
  6. Well well boys, I was very close with my win on pens shout. One of the best / most exciting games I have been to, had everything apart from the result. I've not seen much credit given to Jack MacKenzie, but he was excellent in defence. Often left very alone in 1 v 1s against the celtic right winger, but he won just about every match up. Same for Jack Milne when he came on, very steady and great timing of tackles despite coming on at a difficult time. Milne should have had much more action this season. Don Robertson was poor, every strong challenge on a Dons player was met with a derisory flick of the hand implying "get up you wimp" when the same on a celtic player was inevitably a foul given. Folk saying Hoilet was rubbish before the assists were not there. Duk was doing his usual try to beat 4 players or fall over routine. Once Hoilet came on the ball stuck up the field and he had Johnstone in fear. He's a clever player, just no pace anymore. Injuries and the lack of options off the bench ended up costing us the match. Roos needs to go, can't command his 6 yard box never mind the 18 yard one. As discussed his idiotic routine when Duncan is waiting to take a pen is criminal. 35 sounds like a good time to finally win back the cup. COYR
  7. Do you think you are you going to make it until kick off min?
  8. I've sneaked in the Champions League anthem into the pre kick off playlist. That should put the fear into them.
  9. picking a team will give him something to do on the bus down in the morning. @King Street Loon
  10. Well, well boys. It's not been a great season so far, but all that is leading up to us winning the Scottish cup. Fate has been on our side. Played the 42nd and the 40th worst teams in Scotland and scraped by, fuck me it was cold in Hamilton. Managers? Robson and Warnock. A very unexpected cruse against the sainted - and last cup winning manager's Killie in the next round. Hampden it is for manager 3 of the season, which will set us up nicely for manager number 4 of the cup run - Big Jimmy T - to put the Jambos to the sword with an '86 style win. 0-0 FT aet (Spirit of) Irvine with the winning penalty. See you there.
  11. We were supposed to be playing at the new stadium in Kingsford this season. Hasn't quite been finished yet...
  12. Ripley on Netflix (The Talented Mr Ripley by Patricia Highsmith) Beautifully shot, glacially slow. Last episode to go, could have knocked at least 1 of the episodes off.
  13. We've still got the Scottish cup to win.
