The book 'No Country for old men' was better than the film in my opinion.

Very niche film striving for cult status but which was utter garbage. 
like a hammer house of horror 70s b movie with a touch of extra weirdness and black comedy a la greasy strangler (also garbage) thrown in. 
 

plot: a red dress is cursed and causes havoc. 
Julian Barrett is in and this got it one of its two marks.

Adrian brody leads a team who have to do battle with not just one but a whole bunch of Greg Leigh type aliens. 
given that the beasts can move invisibly through the jungle and fire deadly lasers the end victory for Adrian and his new g/f was preposterous. They should just have lasered the humans early doors. 
like in James bond when the bad guy has 007 in his clutches. Just shoot him n the head and chop him up like a Turkish journalist.
