The stage wasn't going to be finished in time for the gig starting. The promoters made an arse of it
That said, not seeing green day must surely be a good thing?

I quite like Green Day

Glasgow Hydro tonight, Blink 182. If you hear of anyone trying to convince another person that they were amazing or any other adjective on the same lines simply tell them to fuck off. Two vocalists, neither of whom can sing a note made this akin to a bad tribute act. Another thing, they don't exactly give great value for money timewise either. Came onstage just after 9pm and I was back in the carpark by 10.30pm. Considering they stayed off for about ten minutes before returning for their encore, total time onstage must have been around 75mins. Pitiful.

The longer I stay in this world, the less I want to be part of it.

Some sections in the top tier (level 3) were unused but still a healthy crowd. Tell you how bad they were, very very few folk in the seated areas stood at any time during the gig. Says it all for me.

Isn't it Skiba from Alkaline Trio playing with them now? They had a couple of good Cure influenced albums back in 01

Matt Skiba is a major part of the problem. Totally different from DeLonge in personality and singing voice. He just doesn't fit in Blink.

Meh, down to opinion. Musically they're really pretty similar hence the reason I was surprised the move looks so much a mismatch.

It's all about opinions chief. That is yours and others have theirs. Not the best band but not the worst

Don't trust Tup. He can't be trusted. He is untrustworthy.

The Dandies, The Dandies, The Dandies...
And that's the way

Nae sure if Lorde would be classed as a guilty pleasure but her new album is cracking.
