The Mckenna Dilemma

Recommended Posts

Fuck off he has forced a move, I don't want him wearing our shirt if he doesn't want to. Sell him and get a replacement in.

Not for £6M, Bristol city now involved who just sold a centre half for £20M who they signed a year ago for £3.5M and had played at England under 19 level, Mckenna full international captain, knock this back and accept £10M tomorrow

I don’t think he would have handed in a request unless he has been tapped up and has a favoured team to go to. I’m led to believe that’s Celtic.

I think if there is a chance that celtic are willing to give a scottish rival £6m-£8m this month then Tierney must go to Arsenal tomorrow.

Otherwise i just dont see them stumping up

I can be quick to criticize Milne at times but I think priase where it is due.

Well done to Milne for sticking to him guns. He has a valuation in mind and appears to be sticking to it.

Most likely because he can see the money from McKenna helping towards funding the new stadium but I like the fact he is sticking to what he thinks his valuation is to us.

As i said before... this has all the hallmarks of Warburtons dodgy dealings.  He's as bent as they come... McKenna suddenly changing agents, transfer requests out of the blue, then reports of a $6M offer from QPR today.  I'm 75% certain Warburton is behind this.

Absolutely no reason for a transfer request to be handed in on monday if it is Celtic. For a start they haven't officially bid for him this summer yet despite some reports and also there is another 3 weeks of our window to go where he could move to Celtic and start handing in transfer requests if bids were being rejected.

He has handed this in on the back of the most recent QPR bid so for me this must be his preferred move. Does anyone know who his new adviser is? If it is Storm Sports X then it will 100% be Warburton behind this deal. I believe his agent was Gordon Reid who is actually not a bad guy that I've met a few times.
