Sevco Thread

Winding up a hun mate about it now.

He claims Hummel won't be able to sue them as they are responsible for carrying out their due diligence. When I said it was a lesson learnt that the rangers board can't just fuck contracts off, he said it was legit as they took legal advice and they could sue the lawyers.

Surely Hummel's due diligence would have involved using said legal advice. These cunts tie themselves in knots.

How can you sue the club employed solicitor?

It's not up to hummel to do due diligence. The Huns entered a contract they weren't contractually able to enter.

Hummel can't be responsible for hunting for all hun related documents

That's what I'm trying to explain. Apparently, because of the vast media coverage of the sports direct deal, Hummel should have asked for proof it was legitimately cancelled. Hahahaha.

Are BBC reporting this court ruling or are they back to dining on succulent lamb?

BBC Scotland have amazingly remained tight-lipped about the judgement. Been gagged to secrecy, with use of a succulent lamb or Traynor's bell-end, yet again. Some much for freedom of speech and in the public's interest.

Not sure, but would it surprise anyone if Sevco made an attempt?

Aye, I wouldn't be surprised either as they are so fucking stupid. They do not have a leg to stand on legally, as they willingly and knowingly entered into a contractual agreement with Hummel and Elite, with or without legal advice, by failing to engage Sports Direct into the contractual discussions, as per original agreement with SD. The dispute about the acceptance or non-acceptance of legal advice is not a legal argument. They knew full well what they wished to do by trying to fuck Mike Ashley off for having the audacity to call in his £6 million loan to be repaid but not giving his company first refusal in the merchandising and selling of their replica tops. Their childishness and sheer deceitfulness has caught up with them though.

No doubt the Hun directors will explain to the Hun support how this is all the fault of the other 41 SPFL clubs.

I just had a look at the judgement, by fuck Charlie Green shafted them big time.

First he got the club, ground, training ground etc. on the cheap, then he fucked them over with the share issues, received £1m for 10 months as chief executive and a load more when he offloaded his free shares.

He finally fucked them over by getting Sports Direct in, he chained them to SD forever.

Check out the clauses in the attached, Ashley has them over a barrel.

On a scale of 1-10 of criminal acts Charlie greens not even in the top 5 (ignoring naming McCoist as “a manager”).

It’s king calling the boycott and simultaneously lining up a competitor to supply instead that’s really fucked them here. And the deal in question is different to the one originally set up when SD were on the board. The difference is that Club 18-26 gave Ashley THREE MILLION QUID to buy King and Mini Murray’s personal liability back.

Too funny.

Most significant thing about that is that it is "The Rangers Football Club" who are being sued

So there we have a legal document proving that they aint the same club as deadco

Re: BBC. Parked in their gossip column.

Rangers have been banned from wearing Hummel branded kit from next season and ordered to pay Sports Direct nearly half a million pounds in costs as part of their long-running court battle with Mike Ashley's sportswear firm.

What are they going to wear? Maybe Ashley can give then some Slazenger tops, 2 for £6 specials with iron on badges.
