As I'm not a dabbler in hard drugs I thought I would ask the hat community what with the likes of Scarface being our resident coke heid and the Mad refugees also talking of their extensive drug use.

I found these in a church, scanned it on Google goggles but to no avail. Is this crack? Heroin?

Think everyone has a drug that suits them, I.e. Works perfectly on their genetic makeup, I was always surprised when I was younger at which people actually took different drugs when you thought they were fairly normal. What used to get me was the amount of recreational drugs high level athletes I knew took (different sports I mean)

 

And yeah I liked LSD or mushrooms, not had in years, probably '99 at TITP on the Saturday and Sunday

Will probably end up being a bad idea.

 

Trying to help addicts is worthwhile, but the plan has been criticised for not actually having any means for getting them off drugs.

 

The "fix room" will just end up being an epicentre of violence, crime, filth and death. Much like Ibrox, for example. Any money someone will take a dump on the floor, again like Ibrox.

 

One of these good ideas in theory, up until it comes to deciding what neighbourhood is going to host the fix room, then all hell breaks loose.

 

Disappointing, however, that the state regards facilitating the use of hard drugs as a higher priority than de-criminalising cannabis.

I used to smoke shitloads of it daily, did so from 15 until just a couple of years ago. Packed it in a couple of times before that but always went back to it. I lived in Holland for 5 years, by the time I came home I was smoking 3-5g of white widow or haze a day. No idea how I functioned now.

 

I'm finally at the point where I could pick up a couple of grams, smoke it for 3 days and then not rattle for a week wanting to buy more.

When I smoked it every day I didn't really appreciate it. Nowadays if I get a decent bit I can keep it for a few weeks and really enjoy it. I can't imagine what I'd have been like if I got a bit of cheese back in 94. Did it even exist then? Genetic modifications and that.

Haven't had drugs for a long time. MIss it? No. Enjoyed it? Yeah. I think the most pleasant drug I ever had was opium.

For a number of years there was a pleasant park in the centre of Bergen that was a no-go for your civilised sorts as all manner of junkies were scoring there. The feds came in and kicked them out with no plan as to what to do afterwards. They hastily threw together a fix centre, not 100 yards from where yours truly now sits. There is also a network of pedestrian underpasses right outside the centre as it is on a busy road.

 

All the do-gooders thought the junkies would like a nice warm place to shoot up, but you guessed it, they take their gear and head straight to the underpasses.

 

As a result there are private security bods wandering the underpasses to try and stop the increased robberies and assaults and the feds have paddy-wagons parked up as an express service to take away offenders. Property prices in the neighbourhood have crashed, and those wanting to defend their property have been told they face prosecution, whereas the junkies will get a cuddle.

 

This has been a disaster in a city where drugs are way way less prevalent than Glasgow.
