All the advert, to me, is saying is teach your boys to be respectful and that, generally, fighting achieves fuck all. And judging by the number of complete cunts walking the streets, i'd suggest we need more than Gillette telling folk how to raise their kids. Again, i don't believe that actually exists. Certainly not in the UK. It's amazing that such an "anti-male" agenda would exist, what with the head of almost every media outlet i can think of being male, the CEO#s of a disproportionate number of companies being male and the most powerful man in the world being a male misogynist and borderline sex offender. You being unaware of something, or not believing something, doesn't speak to that something's absence. People dress up like rabbits and foxes and fuck My Little Ponies. When I found out about that I was surprised, but my ignorance of it didn't mean it didn't exist. It definitely exists. That said, perhaps Militant Feminism is less prevalent in the UK than the US, but shit like Feminist Frequency and its ilk in the United States garner a lot of media and air time, and each incarnation becomes more militant and anti-men. We're now on the alleged 4th wave of Feminism... and as I've said, if this shit was merely about not being dicks to women and treating each other fairly then I'd be all for it. Their latest advert is embarrassing, limp-wristed rubbish and I hope they suffer accordingly. Ariana Huffington endorsed the advert. Case closed. Gillette are the Billy Connolly of razor companies. Living on past glories for decades now. The Gillette Sensor era was their high water mark, just as the 1980s was Connollys. Yet, unfortunately, we are still hearing from both of them today in 2019.
