buchanskii
Are Falkirk still a young team? If they are, and after looking at the Caley highlights again this morning, I can see us going for an all out aerial bombardment, the likes that haven't been seen on these shores since 1941. Zola & Magennis to lurk upfront and ragdoll their defence whilst pawlett, hayes etc drive forward after winning the second ball. Link to comment
Ingolfsson
Tims exit is a big lift, but plenty work to be done. Saints and ICT have come away with comfortable wins at top Championship sides, we should do the same. We beat Pars and Morton away last season (narrowly) with an inferior team and I have more faith in this lot. Link to comment

Guest milne_afc
Nervous as fuck about tonight now Don't blow it, Aberdeen Yip, seems inevitable. Same team and performance as the Thistle game, that should do it. Link to comment
buchanskii
Going to a pub for this tonight. Here was me saying to my mate that we surely had the choice of any pub for the game tonight, then he depressingly reminded me that it might not be the case as Man Utd are playing Liverpool in the league cup... Surely most will be showing the Dons game, aye? Link to comment

The Oxford Don
Weather horrible down here, cold and drizzly. That plastic pitch of theirs will be quick as fuck this evening, hope the team are prepared for this. Was thinking about going, but the weather is a pretty powerful deterrent. Think it'll just be a quiet night watching the game on TV instead! Link to comment
spamspamspam
forget about the tims being out! it means fuck all if we go out ourselves!! Exactly. Should help focus the minds of our players though. Seeing the tims go out to a D1 team will remind them all its not a forgone conclusion. Link to comment
Byrne Baby Byrne
Aye. It's worth remembering all we've done in this competition so far is beat a part time team on penalties. It's gonna take a big effort to win the thing... starting the niCHt! Link to comment

I'll certainly be forgeting it when we watch the open-top bus parade down Union Strasse come March. Link to comment
weapon
Whenever one of the old firm get punted out a cup making it easier on paper for the dons to win the cup we get punted out as well, so it would definately not be a shock if we get punted out. Saying that though, I really do think that this is our year to win a cup so dons to win 2-1. Link to comment

Our recent trophy barron spell would certainly highlight the fact that we get punted out of absolutely everything!! Link to comment

King Street Loon
The management and players need to keep focused tonight The tattie munchers going out lastnight has shown that anything can happen in the cup competitions. All we've done do far is struggle to get past Alloa on pens. McInnes needs to put the strongest team possible out tonight. And the fans need to keep encouraging even if we hit 60mins and its still 0-0. COYR!! Link to comment

StandFree1982
We could really do with an early goal to settle the game and the nerves down. I'd take a 1-0 win or even a penalties win, but i'm really not in the mood for another nervy, soul destroying game. Link to comment
Ke1t
I strongly advise not even getting excited about Timmy's ejection from the competition. We have a long and proud history of fucking up against teams of part-timers in cup competition, so whether or not Celtic is in this competition means exactly fuck all to our chances of ever reaching a final. Link to comment
Geoff_Tipps
To be honest the fact that Celtic are out acts as a huge lift to the teams still in it. Any team that are still in it, Falkirk included, will genuinely believe they can go all the way. We are going to have to be at our best to get through tonight's tricky game. Link to comment
