  1. Correct, and McLeish was struggling with an ankle injury all week, which probably stopped him getting in ahead of Stench to the heeder that opened the scoring. Can blame Smithy as much as you like but I don’t think we were ever winning that game; the establishment decided rangers were winning that game come what May.
  2. Oscar Hiljemark is finished in AaB, where he sends the Swedish head coach to Elfsborg. He said goodbye to the playing squad in the 1st division club at the weekend and is expected to be presented in Sweden within the next day.
  3. Announcement tomorrow, seems to be what certain journos are saying.
  4. I’ve no idea how many bookies Shinnie had accumulated prior to yesterday but he must have been due a ban. He’s already out of next weeks semi and presumably the first post split game and you’d have to think a further 2 or 3 games. Season almost over for him?
  5. Spiteri bats for the other side, so horse on, if that’s your thing.
  6. Well, there is that, regretfully. F’king amazing that he’s performed so well with what he’s had to put up with most of his adult life,
  7. On Shinnie, I’m not commenting on his second booking; I’m talking specifically on his performance yesterday (running thru glue) and just generally his performance since he returned to the club and how much cash he is taking out of the club versus that return.
  8. Shinnie is nowhere near the quality we need going forward, not in midfield anyway. Maybe backup left back. Between them, Clarkson and Shinnie are hoovering £14k a week from the club, and both on long contracts. And yet the lad Lyall Cameron bossed the pair of them today, probably on £2k a week. It’s crazy the financial mess Cormack has got us into.
  9. People (quite rightly) rave about Eoin Jess but he wasn’t having the 433 and let the manager know
  10. Correct. Just surprised someone as self respecting as him would allow himself to be dragged down to the level of Chris Sutton or “Boydy”. Whether you agree with his opinions on football or current affairs, he clearly has more than just the one brain cell so he’s massively sold himself out to the BBC for a few extra shillings, to align himself with Kenny MacIntyre’s shock radio format.
