Its a mix between 2 plans, both passed. The Scottish Exec then changed the final plan and he's claiming that the part between Milltimber and Stonehaven now doesnt meet European planning laws. He's in teh EE today pretty much saying that even if he loses this one he'll then go to Europe. Whatadick! Link to comment

Guy is a complete tosspot. If the supreme court refuse the appeal, he can ask the European Court of Justice to hear his appeal on a point of E.U. law only - they can decline to do so.
