I'm going right off the SNP. Councils can now tax companies on employees car parking spaces. Fucking seriously. FUCK OFF.

It's a poor policy yes, but bear in mind it's DISCRETIONAL and any enactment will be at the behest of local councils... and since most councils don't have a majority... It'll be interesting to see if the Tories vote for it.

Not questioning why she is dragging her heels and not calling Indy Ref 2 then?

She will only call one when she is prepared to resign, if she loses.

To go "all in" on something like that, means a leader has to step down if it doesn't come off.  As per Salmond and also David Cameron.

I think wee Nicola likes the sound of her own voice though and I don't think retirement is on her horizon.  I think she desires to inflict many more unfair, outrageous taxes on the working scottish people first.

Yes, their mentality is very clear, they love tax.  Its all about trying to fill the taxation chasm caused by independence.

We now pay the highest income tax in the UK (and for what?).  Many people do not resent income tax though, consoling themselves that it provides education and healthcare, helps the needy etc.

However, everyone resents petty, mean spirited, control freak taxes, such as the SNP tax on enjoying a beer and - soon - the SNP tax on going to work.

These 2 SNP taxes really piss me off, but in a way its good as a warning about what an independent Scotland would be like.  And it would not be like that due to the ordinary Scots people, but because of the mentality of the type of Scots who go into politics, who understand their role as being to take money from people.

I wonder what SNP taxes will be next?  What do people enjoy, or what do they need?  That is the way to look at it.   People need their cars, hence why drivers get pummeled by tax.

People enjoy a take-away occasionally.  Maybe a working family with young children, which doesn't have a huge disposable income, likes to get a chippy or pizza to share in front of a film at home.  Maybe that's their wee monthly treat for some relaxing family time.

BOOM!  Fat tax!

Sturgeon, a barren woman with no family of her own and who has no understanding of family life, will be right in there to- almost literally - piss on that familys chips.

No doubt Indian take aways will be exempted so as not to alienate Humza Yousef MSP.

(The SNP always have an exemption for their favourites).

Will councils tax themselves?

Oh no, taxes only apply to us, not the Public sector parasites who live off of us.

Its already mooted that NHS staff are exempt, teachers are demanding the same and trade unions are getting involved.

it will only be people who do jobs which create wealth affected.

The public sector, which lives off of us, are only concerned about moaning about their pay rises, they do not sully themselves with notions like paying tax.

The SNP will exempt the public sector, to effectively buy their votes, thus shoring up their nice little scheme of Scotland operating chiefly for the benefit of state employees.

Bit of a recurring theme with western politicians.  Sturgeon, May, Merkel, Macron with his grandmother wife etc.

No care of what they inflict on future generations as they have no stake in it.  All about getting their ugly mugs in the news and their ego's massaged as much as possible.

Note for future, when you're agreeing with CS there's a 95% chance you're being an absolute cunt.

Oh yeah, teachers don't create any wealth! Uneducated workforces are very productive and generate lots of wealth!! Unhealthy workforces generate lots of wealth too, think how wealthy we'd be if we got rid of all these scroungers who are making us healthy and educated and getting paid fucking buttons for it!!!

Definitely should tax religious organisations.

Good points - and I agree with you, the "childless twat" is a prominent figure in modern politics, especially in Scotland.

Sturgeon and her pet gnome Patrick Harvie are wanting to tax us for parking at work, ostensibly to stop us driving - yet neither have kids themselves and so how can they possibly understand that many people need cars for school pick-ups straight from work etc?

How would the parking thing work? Will they only be charged if staff use them or is it providing the spaces which is taxable? What if a company moves into an office block with spaces provided already but never uses them?

They don't even know themselves how it will work.  There was no thought, analysis or consultation done whatsoever, it was just a last minute wheeze to entice the Greens to support their budget.

Its the usual governance on the hoof by the SNP.  Of course, the greens have no idea how to implement or manage it either, its just the usual rubbish they toss out there, to show their "green" credentials, in the knowledge they will not be responsible or accountable for it.

The place where I work currently must have 100s of parking spaces, so no way the company is going to swallow a £100s of 1000s bill for that.  They will pass it on.

All that will happen is that the hundreds of drivers will move from the car park to local residential streets, which will be a nightmare for residents.

Difference being that Hitler cared about his people and genuinely thought he was doing the best for them .

He was a fucking maniac though and his methods were all to fuck .

Reckon he just got a bit got a bit of bad press re the slaughtering of innocent people.

His program for pumping blond haired Swedish birds in order to produce a race of smoking hot blonde birds with huge tits was tremendous.
